TERMS & CONDITIONS
Purchase of $20 or more via www.fishostackleworld.com.au or in-store at Fisho’s Tackle World Hervey Bay between Friday 12 December 2025 and Thursday 15 January 2026 (“the Competition” “the Giveaway”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
- The promotional period begins Friday 12 December 2025 and ends at 11:59PM on Thursday 15 January 2026.
- Winners will be judged and announced within 7 days of the promotional period ending.
THE PRIZE:
- Two winners will each receive a place on the Fisho’s 10-day Coral Sea adventure aboard Big Cat Reality Fishing Charters in April 2026.
- This is an unforgettable, money-can’t-buy offshore experience exploring remote reefs, catching incredible fish, and sharing a true expedition-style adventure.
- There are two winners only.
- Each winner will receive one place on the scheduled April 2026 charter.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Winners are responsible for organising and paying for their own travel arrangements to and from the Big Cat Reality charter departure point.
- The promoter covers the charter experience only.
HOW TO ENTER AND HOW TO WIN:
To enter, customers must:

Spend $20 or more in a single transaction online or in-store at Fisho’s Tackle World Hervey Bay during the promotional period.

Complete the official entry form and answer the game-of-skill question: “Tell us what target species you’d love to catch.”
MULTIPLE ENTRIES:
- For every $20 spent in a single transaction, customers receive one entry.
- $20 = 1 entry
- $40 = 2 entries
- $60 = 3 entries
- Multiple entries are permitted.
- Each entry must include a completed answer to the game-of-skill question. Proof of purchase must be provided if requested.
GAME OF SKILL – NO ELEMENT OF CHANCE:
- This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.
- All eligible entries will be judged on creativity, originality, and quality of the submitted response.
- Failure to meet the Terms and Conditions will result in disqualification. The promoter may withhold the prize or select another winner at its discretion.
ENTRANTS:
- Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
- Entrants must be Australian residents currently residing in Australia.
- By entering, entrants agree to have their full name displayed across Fisho’s Tackle World Hervey Bay marketing channels as part of the winner announcement.
- Entrants must be able to travel on the scheduled April 2026 charter dates. Substitute travellers are not permitted.
JUDGING PROCESS:
- Winners will be selected by a judging panel appointed by Fisho’s Tackle World Hervey Bay.
- Judging will occur within 7 days of the competition closing.
- Winners will be notified in writing via email.
- Judges’ decisions are final.
- Winners must provide proof of purchase and proof of age.
- If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, or is unable to accept the prize, the promoter may award the prize to the next best valid entry.
- Replacement winners will not be publicly announced.
PRIZE FULFILMENT:
- Winners must arrange and pay for all travel required to reach the Big Cat Reality charter departure point.
- All charter logistics will be managed by Fisho’s Tackle World Hervey Bay and Big Cat Reality Fishing Charters.

- By entering, participants release Facebook, Instagram, and Meta from any liability related to this promotion.

CONTRACT LAW:
- All agreements and contracts are governed by Australian law and the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.

- Entrants are responsible for ensuring entries are submitted on time.
- Incomplete, inaccurate, or late entries will be deemed invalid.
