Shipping Carriers:

We ship using trusted carriers, including Sendle, Australia Post, Toll, and StarTrack.

Dispatch Timeframe:

Most orders placed before 12:00 PM are dispatched the same day. Bulky items may require additional processing time. Tracking details are usually updated within 24 hours.

Important: Items over 1 metre cannot be delivered to a PO Box and require a residential or business address.

Public Holidays:

We do not dispatch orders on national, Queensland, or local public holidays. We appreciate your understanding as we allow our team to observe these special days.

Click & Collect:

Enjoy the convenience of our free Click & Collect service! Simply choose the 'Pick Up' option at checkout to collect your order in-store at no extra cost.

Pre Orders:

When purchasing pre-order items from our store, please note the following:

Combined Orders: If you order a pre-order item along with in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped together on or after the pre-order release date.
Separate Shipping Option: If you would like your in-stock items shipped immediately, you must place separate orders or pay an additional shipping fee to have them sent separately.
Pre-Order Shipping: Pre-order items will be shipped on or after the official release date, depending on stock arrival and processing times.
Estimated Arrival: Pre-order dates are subject to change due to manufacturer or supplier delays. We will update you if any changes occur.
Cancellations & Refunds: Pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled unless otherwise stated.

Liability:

All orders are shipped with tracking. If you request 'Authority to Leave,' Fisho's Tackle World is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels. Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any damage immediately.

International Shipping:

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
