Refund and Returns Policy

At Fisho’s Tackle World, our dedication to our customers is woven into every aspect of our service. We believe in going the extra mile to ensure your fishing experience is nothing short of exceptional. When it comes to refunds, we approach it with the same care and attention to detail that we devote to selecting and offering our products to our community.

For Damaged or Faulty Items:

If you receive a product from us that is damaged or faulty and the issue is not due to any actions on your part, it's essential to notify Fisho’s Tackle World within 30 days of receiving the items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

When reporting the issue, kindly provide details such as your order number and a description or photo of the damage or fault. We'll swiftly assess the situation and provide instructions on how to proceed.

To start the return process, please contact us at info@fishostackleworld.com.au. Upon approval of your return request, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Incorrect Item

While we take great care in packaging orders, mistakes can occasionally occur. If you happen to receive an incorrect item, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@fishostackleworld.com.au so we can promptly rectify the error. In such cases where goods need to be returned, rest assured that you will not be responsible for any postage costs. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to making things right as soon as possible.


Change Of Mind Returns

If you receive your order and find it doesn't meet your needs, we're here to assist. Just reach out to us within 3 business days of delivery, provided the items remain unused and in their original packaging.

For refunds requested instead of an exchange, we'll gladly oblige, though the refund will exclude the shipping fee paid by you. Even for orders with free shipping over $99, we'll deduct the minimum shipping cost to offset our expenses.

Please note, return postage fees apply for all change of mind returns, with the requirement for registered mail and proof of delivery (such as a signature upon receipt).

Gift voucher purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
