A purchase of $20 or more at Fisho's Tackle World Hervey Bay, in store or online, during the Mega Garage Sale between 7 August 2026 and 9 August 2026 ('the Competition', 'The Giveaway') is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions ('Terms and Conditions').

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The giveaway promotional period runs for 3 days, with winners announced within 7 days of the close of entries.
2.1. Commencing 7:30am Friday, 7 August 2026.
2.2. Qualifying purchases must be made in store at 59 Torquay Road, Pialba, or online at www.fishostackleworld.com.au, between 7 August 2026 and 9 August 2026 (inclusive).
2.3. Final entries close at 11:59pm on Wednesday, 12 August 2026. Entrants have until this time to submit the entry form with proof of purchase. Purchases made after 9 August 2026 are not eligible.
2.4. Winners will be drawn and announced within 7 days of the close of entries.
3. THE PRIZE
3.1. The total prize pool exceeds $30,000 RRP and will be shared across multiple winners. Maximum total prize value will not exceed the RRP listed below.

3.3. Where a prize is awarded by a supplier brand, that prize must be redeemed exclusively with the respective brand from which it was awarded. Prizes cannot be split or used across multiple brands.
3.4. Each entrant can only claim one prize.
3.5. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3.6. Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value.
4. HOW TO WIN
4.1. Winners will be selected at random.
4.2. Spend $20 or more in a single transaction during the promotional period. Every $20 spent equates to one entry. (Each $20 spent on a single transaction equates to one entry. Multiple entries are allowed for cumulative spending on that transaction, for example $40 results in two entries, $60 results in three entries, and so on.)
4.3. Spend is calculated on the total value of a single transaction. Entries are rounded down to the nearest whole $20. Spend across separate transactions cannot be combined to form a single entry.
4.4. Purchases must be made between 7 August 2026 and 9 August 2026.
4.5. Entrants must complete the official online entry form in full, including first name, last name, email address, phone number, and total amount spent, and must upload a clear, legible image of their proof of purchase. The proof of purchase must clearly show the store or website name, the date of purchase, the transaction total, and the receipt or order number.
4.6. Proof of purchase that is illegible, incomplete, altered, or does not match the details submitted on the entry form will be rejected and the entry will be void.
4.7. One entry form is to be submitted per transaction. Entrants submitting multiple transactions must complete a separate form for each.
4.8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify any entry against its point of sale and online order records. Entries that cannot be verified will be void.
4.9. Gift card purchases, layby deposits, special orders not paid in full during the promotional period, and any purchase subsequently refunded or returned do not qualify for entry.
4.10. Failure to meet these Terms and Conditions will result in immediate disqualification. In this instance the Promoter reserves the right to:
4.10.1. Withhold the prize, or
4.10.2. Select another winner, with or without official announcement of the new winner.
5. ENTRANTS
5.1. Entrants must be over 16 years old to enter.
5.2. Entrants must be Australian residents and currently residing in Australia.
5.3. Employees of Fisho's Tackle World Hervey Bay, their immediate families, and employees of participating supplier brands and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
5.4. By entering the competition, you agree to have your full name displayed on our various marketing channels as part of the winner announcement.
6. THE DRAW
6.1. Winners will be drawn at random from the pool of valid entries.
6.2. Winners will be notified in writing via the nominated email address or mobile phone.
6.3. The results drawn are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.4. Winners will be contacted no later than 7 business days after the close of competition entries.
6.5. Winners will be required to provide proof of age to receive the prize. Failure to meet the entry requirement of being over the age of 16 will result in the winner being disqualified.
6.6. In the instance of an unclaimed prize, winners will be redrawn.
6.6.1. If a winner does not respond within 7 business days, a replacement winner will be randomly chosen.
6.6.2. If a replacement winner has to be drawn, details of that winner will not be made publicly available.
7. FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM/META: By entering this competition you agree to release Facebook/Instagram/Meta of any liability or obligation related to the entry, and you acknowledge the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook/Instagram/Meta.
8. CONTRACT LAW: All agreements and contracts shall be subject solely to Australian law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
9. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: Participants have the obligation to ensure entries are received on time. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are late, lost, incomplete, or not received due to technical fault or upload failure.
10. PERSONAL INFORMATION: The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition is governed by the Privacy Laws of Australia. Your personal information shall not be provided to any third parties outside of the Tackle World Group.
11. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS: By submitting your email address and/or mobile number you authorise Fisho's Tackle World Hervey Bay to contact you with information pertaining to the competition as well as further marketing communications, including but not limited to sales and promotions. All marketing communications will have unsubscribe options to exclude entrants from further marketing communications not pertaining to the giveaway.
